It took a couple of days to fully expand. It is huge, much bigger than our existing Love Sac. I have it in my office for my employees to crash during crunch time. Double stitched on end caps (sac is cylindrical). Zipper, however is single stitched. 2. Outer material -- Seems sturdy. Microfiber-like material (with a slight felt texture).
